Practical  horsemanship

Most of the issues we generally encounter with horses are correctable: bucking, rearing, biting, kicking, mouthing issues and general movement and behavioural issues.  

At Second Chance Solutions, we give you a realistic assessment of the problem and challenge in hand, drawn from experience, an understanding of equine behaviour and a wide range of training disciplines and methods. We will advise you at every step of the way, while developing a tailored program focused on the safety of horse and rider, on the ground and under saddle.

Starting  Young  HOrses

There is nothing we love more than giving the young horse and pony a great start in their working life. Each horse is treated as an individual and given the best start in the riders chosen discipline. We also handle colts and weanlings.

Nervous, sensitive or stressed horses react in ways which can become increasingly difficult to handle. We work to develop the pathway to better behaviours in order to keep the horse, and their rider safe.
